These pudding pots are a great source of dietary fibre as well as essential omega 3 fatty acids which are important for brain health and hormonal function.
They are a perfect, well balanced breakfast that can be made the night before if you’re usually in a rush on the morning!
Ingredients: (makes 2 miniature pots)
1 scoop Proteincupboard vanilla oats and whey
2 tbsp chia seeds
30ml almond milk
Chia jam – 1 tbsp chia seeds, 6 mashed blackberries, 1 tsp honey. (Mix together and allow to set)
Raspberry and mint to garnish.
In a bowl, place one scoop of oats and whey, 2tbsp chia seeds and 30ml almond milk, mix together well then leave in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the mixture to set.
Remove from fridge and separate into two individual jars.
Top with chia jam, raspberries and mint.
