This is the ideal refuel breakfast for those busy weekdays when you’ve finished a session in the gym and need to grab a quick breakfast fix to set you up for the day.
I’m seriously in love with how thick and creamy these oats are, with no prep time you can make them the night before simply by stirring all of the ingredients together.
These oats are super easy to make, with only 5 ingredients in the recipe that you can swap and change depending on what you have in your cupboard.
Making them the perfect protein packed breakfast!

1 scoop ‘The Protein Cupboard’ vanilla 100% whey or vanilla whey & oats protein
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
1/2 cup coconut milk or cream (note if you don’t have coconut milk double up on vanilla yoghurt)
1 tbsp honey or date/maple syrup
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk (almond, cashew, soya)
handful of fresh or frozen berries
sprinkle of cinnamon or chia seeds
Simply mix together the protein powder, yoghurt, coconut milk, honey, oats and milk. Give all of the ingredients a good stir to ensure its all mixed together and then place in a Mason or Kilner jar, so you can keep them fresh.
Place your jar in the fridge and leave overnight, ready to enjoy in the morning!
